Beginning with a newly realized design concept, Deb Cove Design will guide you through the entire design process. This will include overseeing the floor plans, millwork drawings, elevation drawings, electrical plans, material selections, product specifications, and consultation meetings with professional contract trade’s people. Periodic on-site inspections of custom millwork, installations of materials, custom furniture and custom window treatments will be provided before and during installations to insure they are in accordance with the approved design plan.
A fee structure will be customized to the individual client’s specific needs according to the required interior design work involved and the budget provided. A combination of hourly rates, price per linear foot and price per square foot fees, and percentage fees are tailored for each project based upon the scope of work required to complete the project.
